The Snowberry Garden

Welcome everyone to my creative garden space!

My name is Nicole Benn, I'm the author of Ice In The Air, book 1 of the Dragon Core epic.

This is a story with a romance like The Selection, but it has the political scope and ensemble POV cast of Game Of Thrones. The love is meant to be a safe haven in a world dealing with a group of displaced people and the pressures of colonialism. It goes deep and it questions a lot of things about our society. If that sounds like the kind of romantic fantasy you'd enjoy, if you like subversive writing, then I encourage you to check out the world of dragons I've created.

The dragons you'll find in my world were designed with inspiration from nature and created with my knowledge as an ecologist. All members of the Snowberry Garden receive a free copy of my hand illustrated and written journal of my dragons in a document of high res scans. The pages hold the lore of my fantasy world and the logic of my Dragon Core magic system.
